These terms govern the use of Lovary, a platform for creating personalized digital gift pages. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to the conditions below.
The service
Lovary lets you build a personalized digital page — with photos, messages, dates and effects — and share it by link or QR Code with the chosen person. Builder content is saved automatically while you create it; the account is only created on the last step.
Signup and account
Publishing a page requires an account with an email and password (the phone number is optional). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for any activity under your account.
Content you submit
Photos, text and messages you upload remain yours. By publishing, you confirm you have the right to use that content and grant Lovary only the license needed to store and display it on the generated page. Illegal, offensive content or content that infringes on third-party rights is not allowed.
Acceptable use
You may not use Lovary for spam, fraud attempts, reverse engineering the platform, or any use that harms other users or the operation of the service.
Plans and payment
The plans shown on the site are pricing references. While the MVP is running, no automatic charge is made — any change to this model will be communicated before it takes effect.
Intellectual property
The Lovary brand, the platform design and the product code belong to Lovary. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to the user.
Cancellation and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and its associated pages at any time through the contact below. After deletion, data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Lovary is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
