Privacy policy

Last updated: September 24, 2026.

This policy explains what data Lovary collects, how it's used, and what rights you have over it.

Data we collect

We collect the email and password (stored encrypted) used at signup, the phone number when voluntarily provided, and the content you add while creating a page: photos, text, dates and messages.

How we use the data

We use this data to authenticate your account, save your page-creation progress, generate and publish the link/QR Code, and to contact you about your account when needed.

Sharing with third parties

Uploaded photos are stored in an S3-compatible media storage service. We don't sell your data. We only share information with providers strictly necessary to run the service (hosting, storage and transactional email).

Cookies

We use httpOnly cookies to keep your session authenticated and to identify an in-progress draft before signup. We don't use advertising tracking cookies.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text) and communication with the server happens over HTTPS. Access tokens are short-lived and refresh tokens are revoked on every use.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the email in the footer.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Unfinished drafts may be automatically removed after a period of inactivity.

Minors

Lovary isn't directed at anyone under 18 and doesn't intentionally collect data from children or teenagers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how we handle data. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.

Contact

To exercise your rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us through the contact email listed in the site footer.
